hruScan® TSM Thermal Scan Module is designed for environments where people flow is high and fast screening is essential. When integrated with ThruScan metal detector systems (including ThruScan sX-i NOVO), it enables contactless, instant temperature measurement together with metal detection at a single checkpoint—helping reduce the need to redirect people to a separate health screening area.
The module uses microbolometer infrared technology to detect thermal radiation and provides temperature measurement from 1 to 5 meters with readings taken across approximately 800 points. Optional thermal imaging/video features are available. For clear operator guidance, it provides green / yellow / red (fever) LEDs plus an audible alarm, and it can trigger isolation/entry control via relay output (e.g., room/cabin/turnstile control).
TSM is easy to operate with simple programming/selection buttons and supports optional remote viewing from a separate location using a tablet, computer, or kiosk. It includes auto-calibration and can run on a rechargeable battery for extended operation.
